vinyl floor odor

i installed a new vinyl floor over concrete which looks great in our home gym...however, the new vinyl has been down for 2mos and still has that new almost sickening smell. i have put room deoderizers in there however the smell over powers those! any thoughts? the brand name is traffic master thru home depot. thanks much
